Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation window is 6 hours before class. This allows us to offer flexibility for busy schedules while still giving other clients a chance to book into classes where possible. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time will normally result in loss of the session credit. We completely understand that unexpected things happen, and in genuine exceptional circumstances we may occasionally restore a credit at our discretion.
