Frequently asked questions

Here is a small selection of the questions that i am most frequently asked.  Hopefully, they will be of use to you, but it is impossible to cover everything here.

What level of fitness, or ability do you need?

Our classes don't require any previous Pilates experience, and are suitable for all levels of fitness.  Every class usually has a wide range of fitness and ability in it, but everyone has a great experience. 

Why don't you do a single class as a taster?

I understand why people ask, but you would never know from one class whether it's right for you or not.  The first class is just getting used to the machines and the instruction.  Classes two and three you can really focus on what you are doing and by the end of your third class you will be in a position to know whether or not it's right for you.

Should I start with a Fundamentals class?

If you've never done anything like this before, then probably.  Both classes are mixed ability, but the Dynamic is faster paced and higher intensity and there's less opporunity to cater for a new starter.

How do I find you?

What can I expect at my first class?
