Frequently asked questions

Here is a small selection of the questions that i am most frequently asked.  Hopefully, they will be of use to you, but it is impossible to cover everything here.

What level of fitness, or ability do you need?

My classes don't require any previous Pilates experience, and are suitable for all levels of fitness.  Every class usually has a wide range of fitness and ability in it, but everyone has a great experience.

Why don't you do a single class as a taster?

I understand why people ask, but you would never know from one class whether it's right for you or not.  The first class is just getting used to the machines and my instruction.  Classes two and three you can really focus on what you are doing. At the end of your third class you will be in a position to know whether or not it's right for you.

When are the classes?

The timetable is pretty fixed, but there are occasional seasonal changes.
