“I help women who never felt like ‘exercise people’ finally find something they enjoy and actually stick to.
​
A lot of clients come in feeling unsure, or with memories of not enjoying movement in the past. That was me too. Over time, I have completely changed how I see exercise, and now I believe it should feel good, not forced.
​
My aim is for you to feel comfortable walking into class, and to leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more energised.
In my reformer classes, you can expect well-structured sessions that gently challenge your body while still feeling supportive and achievable.

Reformer Pilates is a powerful way to improve posture, feel more stable, and build strength without putting pressure on your joints. It is suitable for every body, no matter your starting point.

Carron

Hi my name is Carron. I want to help everyone feel like they can achieve better mobility and strength, In a safe and fun environment.
​
Sometimes it is daunting and slightly uncomfortable doing something new, but that will only last a short while as Pilates is a fantastic way to forget everything and only focus on what you are doing. That was one of the reasons I fell in love with it. The by product of Reformer Pilates is that it will help you feel amazing, more mobile, supple and most definitely stronger.

I see the importance of keeping a healthy body and mind to invest in your future physical and mental health.
​
My teaching style is well structured as I focus on the breathing techniques and often remind you of your pelvic floor. I will always try to make the lessons fun and interesting. I am a big believer in laughter as we work out.
​
I first fell in love with Pilates as it really helped my mental health. In doing Pilates I could't believe how it made me feel. I always walked out of a class feeling amazing and mentally more positive. As I got stronger, gained more energy I became more confident. I believe Reformer Pilates is for everyone.
​
I want people to feel included and comfortable whatever their ability. Everyone should feel that they are individually cared for. When you leave I want you to feel like you have a greater ease of movement without pain or discomfort. it's also important to me that you leave feeling happy and positive.
​
I moved to Falmouth to be near the sea and do as much as possible on or in the water.
